Labelworks Barcode
The Right Material for Every Surface a Label Touches
Labelworks Barcode was founded in 2005 and supplies barcode and label consumables from its head office. Label fabrics, labels and ribbons; the Argox, Toshiba TEC and Godex barcode printers that print them; and on-site print head replacement when yours wears out — all from one place. Care labels for textiles, weather-resistant labels for chemicals and cosmetics, thermal labels for shipping, wristbands for healthcare: every sector has different surfaces and conditions, so we match labels and ribbons to your work.

Our Mission
How Labelworks Barcode Works Differently
A business that buys labels, ribbons and printers separately ends up hunting for the faulty material when printing fails. We supply all three and tell you before you order which label and ribbon suit which surface. Our job isn’t selling materials; it’s making sure your production line never stops because of a label.
Our Vision
Where We’re Heading
Every sector has its own conditions: one washes at 60°C, one wipes with alcohol, one sits in cold storage. Our goal is to be where any business can answer “what sticks to this surface?” with one call, and to be there the same day when its printer stops.

The surface, temperature, washing and chemical conditions are discussed up front. If there’s a risk of a mismatch, we tell you before you order.
Our heavy-wash care label meets OEKO-TEX certification. We work with materials that match the documentation required for textile exports.
Our technicians replace print heads on site for Avery Dennison, Argox, Datamax, Toshiba and Godex printers. No need to send the device in, and your production keeps running.

Our Method
Barcode material isn’t an off-the-shelf product but a match chosen for your job. From the first conversation to the reorder, every step has a record and a person responsible. Our method has three steps:
Surface Analysis:Surface, temperature and washing conditions are set before ordering.
Samples and Testing:Samples are sent; no series order is placed until you’ve tested on your own product.
Record and Reorder:The match is recorded and the same material ships on the second order.

At Labelworks Barcode an order goes through three steps before series production, and it’s recorded afterwards:
Samples and Testing
We discuss the surface, washing and outdoor conditions and choose the right label and ribbon type together.
Samples and Testing
We send samples before series orders; we don’t start production until you’ve seen the alcohol, heat and wash tests on your own product.
Once a material is matched correctly, we record it. Your second order ships with the same label, ribbon and specifications, so you don’t need to test again.
